This is so wild to me!!! He is in a stolen vehicle with a gun, the passenger that ran also had a gun, I mean what the hell do you want police to do??? He should have never been in a stolen car, never been carrying a gun , if he was sooo respectful then why did he run??? Why was he even in the situation, this type of behavior needs to stop!!!
